Uniquely Health is part of Provenca Capital, rather than a stand alone company. Thefore, for legal and regulatory purposes, Provenca Capital is the formal contracting party for all activities undertaken by Uniquely Health. Individuals associated with Uniquely Health are employees or contractors of Provenca Capital. Hence, personal data transmitted or processed as part of the business affairs of Uniquely Health will be held by Provanca Capital.

We use Stripe for payment transactions and so do not hold payment or payment card data.
